Proof of having done some of the 23

I have raced through the 23 things. I am trying to post proof to confirm I have done that particular thing. Like Rss feeds I shall prove it by writing about it. I have an account with bloglines.com, bharatp49@hotmail.com and receive regular RSS feeds from BBC and CNN.My friends think I am a News Junkie and probably they are right.
